Dear all, is there any one who has delved into the delivery of the oil pump on a w2000? I have done what the book says ‘run on premix until oil comes out of the pipe’(a bit of paraphrasing) and sure enough oil comes out, not a huge amount (guess it doesn’t need much) or under any great pressure. After an engine rebuild the internals seemed to have plenty of oil residue so I am sure it was delivering but couldn’t tell you if it was too little, too much or just right.
