I went up to Wester Ross to join the Tay Valley branch of the NOC at their Camping Weekend at Applecross - and never had so much fun on a bike. The roads up there are fabulous, the scenery absolutely amazing, didn't see plod or cameras at all, and bikes everywhere !Highly recommended place to visit - but Bealach Na Ba pass can be a bit challenging with a fully laden Commander. I'd be a bit hesitant about doing that with a pillion passenger as well. Fortunately, there's a coast road as well which avoids going over the top.A round trip of 1150 miles - but I'll be back !R.
