It is with a very heavy heart to report that ROC member Bill Hignett was killed in a motorcycle accident on 5 October.
Initial reports suggest that Bill was riding his very distinctive Norton Classic, distinctive because it was painted red and had BSA tank badges.
Some of you may know this machine.
The condolences of us all go to Bill’s family.

I didn't know Bill,but had seen his distinctive bike on the odd occasion and was often the cause of much controversial bebate,a sad loss indeed,J.B.
