F1 Plenum chamber item 12 on parts list?

Can anyone tell me what items 12 actually do?

Are they just blanking plugs?

My Plenum box/Chamber was resting on them and one rubber tube was split concerning me as to oil/air leak?? (also no gasket was present between "tin box" and centre casing?)

Any ideas welcome??

Hello Ed,

Item 12 is one of two vacuum take off screw in plugs. They are exactly the same as the ones fitted to the other Norton rotaries.
