Where is the application form?

Hi all, have been a forum member for a couple if years and every now and again get a rush of blood and look to join the Rotary Club so I can purchase some of the regalia etc etc but usually after a couple weeks of looking the rush goes away and I loose interest.This year have had the same must be something to do with getting my bike ready to ride again but rather that go round in circles till I get hacked off and loose interest have decided to ask the question/s? Where is the application form?, if its not on the site can you send me one?, once I am a member can I use the shop? How does that work.Regards Stuart.
