that dam thermocouple
I went to fit my new digital thermocouple system today but found low and behold there was already an old thermocouple tip broken off in the hole..!!! How thick is the alloy around that hole as I am going to have to drill that out I guess and re tap the thread. I dont want to do this though if there is a chance of obviously damaging the rotor housing in any way I would rather just forget it.I have removed the front wheel and mudguard and the fairing lowers so I have not too bad access and I am going to dry an easy out type thing first. What has anyone done in the past to get these out?
Various rubbish in various states of decay.....

Hi 2471, You are a braver man than me, but then with my track record !! I have tapped holes in both of the rotor housings on old Fido - am I just lucky ??
