Norton Interpol 2 Prototype on Ebay
Seller says that this is one of the prototypes used to develop the Interpol 2 and that Richard has been over it to confirm. Any more info on this little piece?Item number: 110998169762

I thought this was just a standard IP2 used to either test ABS brakes or air bags at the research establishment. I know where there is another that was crashed and not repaired also.
Various rubbish in various states of decay.....

Underneath, it is a NOS zero miles IP2, fitted with a factory-made aluminium fairing + Forth Bridge supports, and prototype Girling mechanical ABS. It hadn't previously been run, nor used as a crash test bike. The rectangular headlamp is, I think, Yamaha FZ750. Re-instate standard brake hoses to by-pass the ineffective 'ABS' and you have a unique factory prototype. R.
Just a bike-less old fogey now. Boo-hoo!
