IP2 Brochure and Tony Butler?

I have just bought a genuine IP2 Sales Brochure at long last to complete my Norton sales collection and interestingly enough it has been signed on the front by a Tony Butler.Does anyone know this person or is it of any relevance or just an owner?Thanks Paul
