I very much regret to inform you of the death of Hugh Mills (ROC Member No. 245) on 15th February 2008.\r\rThose of you who knew Hugh will know that he was battling cancer for several years - and his passing will be a real loss to the ROC.\r\rHis funeral will be on Monday 25th February in Tooting, South London.\r\rOur condolences go to his wife, Helen.

I am sure we will all miss Hugh.\rHe was always so cheerful and never complained about life, his illness or anything else as far as I can remember.\rSome of us are hoping to attend his funeral, rotary mounted of course.\rOur thoughts go toHelen and his family
