1010 prototype
I may sell r1010 you all know the bike as even I think about 20 bikes are too many now. With the French Advancer needing so much love and my Royal Enfield being my daily driver and as Interceptors are my 69 MK2 may make some appearances too ... maybe time to clear some of the bikes that I am not riding as much as I should. It's absolutely perfect in every way and I have also managed to buy all the original Yamaha parts if you wish to put it back to how it was last at the factory .
Let me know if interested remember this is 79 bike so now will be mot and tax exempt too ...mental

Re: 1010 prototype
It's not the new version JB it's the old original beauty.
Rode it first time then other day and the dynamic balanced crank is just awesome.

Re: 1010 prototype
Zed the Interceptor has a Norton front end and may be fitted with a TLS or upgraded SLS hub.
If talking R1010 that has Brembo calipers and stops rather well.
Sadly now sold

Less than a week JB but I had spent rather a fortune on it getting it back to perfect.

Re: 1010 prototype
Interpol2471,
Do you remember the part number or a description for the set as i would really like to get this set-up for my Commander. I come from an era where stopping a bike only requires 2 finger when going quickly. The Yamaha setup requires a hand full which is distracting the throttle blips duing the downchange! I know there was a Commander on Real Classics website (no longer avalible) that had this coversion, but the discs swapped for floating Brembos too!
Cheers
