speed cameras

Hi guys,the memsahib has read in her Saga magazine that as from April of this year the "old bill" are introducing high tec;speed cameras on motorways that are"zero tolerance" and motorists exseeding the 70mph limit by just 1(one)mph will be fined one hundred quid .This is the first I have heard of this and even the "Road" magazine of the bikers action group MAG failed to pick up on this one ,has any body else heard anything?(hope Saga have got it wrong ,)ride safe,J.B.
