yamaha handlebar switches?
Can anyone tell me please which Yamaha model the handlebar switches for the Classic were taken from please? One of mine has broken the plastic tab that holds the Hi / Lo rocker and I guess it will be easier to find them as a Yamaha part.Mick.......

Thanks Dave, I think you are right......probably RD400 with the self cancelling indicators as well. The Classic is coming along ok so far, but I think the previous owner must have discovered aerosol Vaseline or similar as every single electrical connector is bunged up with the stuff.I guess that probably worked well for him at the time and the bonus for me is they are all nicely preserved, and once they have been cleaned all the features that were previously dead are springing back to life. Many thanks.......Mick.

Send me a picture of the bit you need as I have a number of the switch units for parts, they were used in abundance on the LC's also.
Various rubbish in various states of decay.....
