Name that seat

Can anyone identify my IP2 seat. The base was extended by a previous owner and this seat placed on upon it. It is quite comfortable so I would like to recover it when it eventually gets too tatty rather than replace with another style. My thinking is that it is 80's Japanese. What is the emblem embossed on the back? I seem to remember having seen it on a lot of bikes back in the 80's and presume it is the mark of an aftermarket seat manufacturer. Perhaps I would be better off asking on a classic Jap forum.

I would not worry too much there are lots of good recovering services, I had one done by a local man to me and the results were brilliant and he was cheap
