interpol special carb questions

hi iam building a special based around an interpoll and i am considering using amal mk11 34mm smoothbores ,can any one help with imformation concerning jetting slide selection and wether because iam going for pre mix if i should be using the two stroke set up for amal carbs and not the four stoke , any other imformation anyone has regarding what the race team may have used in the early days ie. air cooled motor will help ,or any comments u may have i will be intrested to hear! thanks jon.
