Here is a Norton Rotary that I have had for a number of years. It was always my go to bike for blasts up the motorway to Yorkshire , Holland, South of France etc. It was totally reliable. ( well, a relay came loose once!) Last time I rode it, it went well. I hadn`t started it for well over a year, charged up the battery and it started first button. After a while of warming up, it went to a lovely tickover. Did you notice the wooden clothes peg for the choke knob? Its Ok, I have a new choke cable as well as a clutch cable. Looking around it, the plastic coloured screen over the idiot lights went missing but with all this techno stuff, I am sure one could be made. The rear light cluster is doing strange things, looks like a bad earth but there are enough working for an MOT which I will get done. The rear shocks are rusty but there is a new pair of s/s Hagons. There are a pair of dechromed rear crash bars that need a tack of weld and rechroming. There is a small dent in the tank if you look closely. This started life in Gibraltar a police escort bike. I have a few other new and used Interpol parts depending on the price I get. I also have another one of these with all the lights and sirens still on it as it wasn`t decommissioned. The engine and frame numbers are only 2 digits away from this one! Mind you, they only made 380 of these as you good people know. I couldn`t load the photos onto here but it is advertised on ebay and faecebook marketplace. If you think the price is too far away, please let me know and we can talk about it.
