Classic wanted

Post by Richard Negus »

I'm looking for a Classic on behalf of a customer abroad.Preferably in very good cosmetic condition and a moly'd engine - but anything considered.I'll view anywhere in the UK.
Just a bike-less old fogey now. Boo-hoo!

Hi Richard, Spoke to Chris Grimmet on Sunday, he asked me if I knew anybody who was looking for a Classic. He shouldn't be too difficult to track down via the NOC

Dave,I hadn't realised that NOC execs acknowledged that a bike with no vibration could possibly be a REAL Norton smiley R.ps thanks - I'll suspend my prejudices and drop him a line.

Hi Richard,There is a very sad looking Classic for sale in Tourquay(if the photo's are anything to go bye)10,500K on the clock,No LE 064,1st reg in '89, one owner,(now decesed) contact Simon Croucher? 07989418592.Chris Norton(Commander owner) from Gloucester is going to look at the bike tomorrow(Thursday) I had arranged to have a look myself(also tomorrow) but have decided to give it a miss,to much of a rush since I only heard about the bike last Saturday, and if the silly prices talked about on this forum are realistic I could'nt afford it anyway.good hunting, regards ,J.B.
