speedo cover glasses

hi im after buying the top cover for my commander instruments the perspex in the middle piece is cracked have tried buying old one and taking the lens out but thats impossible
so i need the full top cover not bothered about condition of the black piece i can spray that just want the lenses to be good no scratches
would like to use my old speedo cluster as its original milage my other option is buy new one and change top but there about 250
