Don't know if they do direct to customer sales but Southco list the full range of Dzus fasteners.

Pretty sure ours are the D4 Standard Line breed.

Relevant catalogue pages are here :- https://files.southco.com/static/Literature/d4.en.pdf

Google finds a few retail suppliers but its generally not clear what type number they are selling. Outrageous pricing too.

Mine could do with replacing but I lost the will to continue when starting to grapple with the listing permutations. What I'd really like are the hex socket stainless steel breed which make unobtanium (unless you know the right folk) look like regular supermarket stock. Saw them at an exhibition, got the numbers off the rep and Dzus flatly refused to admit they existed when I tried to order some on the firm. When they won't sell to a Ministry of Defence site you know getting is going to be hard.

If you find there is a minimum order from Southco and its not too stupid I'll chip in.

Trev,

I would like a rear carrier for my Commander too. If we had enough like minded folk we could get a batch made at a half reasonable cost.

Would anybody else be interested ?

Regards
Philip

Hi Trev

Try getting in contact with John at https://www.classicbikeracks.co.uk he might be able to do something for you.

I've got 4 of his racks on different Brit bikes, he does good quality work.

Cheers
