After owning my Egli Vincent for 32 years I have decided to get divorced from it on the basis that she will provide a good settlement. In truth, I now have no one to leave it to so its time to part. It is fitted with a Grossett electric starter & Alton generator. Also Rita electronic ignition. It was rebuilt by the late John King of Grays Motor Cycles who was a well known Vincent specialist. I spent over £7,000 on the rebuild about 7 years ago. I am selling it as spares or repair as it has lost compression on the rear cylinder. I might break it if people want. It has a Grimeca front brake,Marzochi front forks & rear shocks. Ducati rear wheel, Mark 2 Amals,Tomoselli levers etc. Looking for offers over £20,000. I shall be putting it on ebay next week. Anyone who is interested please p.m. me.Also have a Norton Villiers Triumph [N.V.T.] 175 c.c. Rambler, complete & needing restoration. Was a runner when it went in the shed 20 or more years ago.Derek.

Egli is on ebay under no.180457761655.Norton Villiers Triumph Rambler is actually 125 c.c. & is on ebay under no.180459176843 with pictures. Went into the shed in 1996 with the intention that my then 16 year old son would restore it ready for his 17th. birthday but it didn`t happen. Derek.
