Isle of Man TT 2020 with Rotary
Isle of Man TT 2020 with Rotary
Hi,
I want to go back to the Isle of Man in 2020.
My 28th visit.
Finally back with my Norton F1 Sport.
How about your trip to the TT?
Who goes there with his Rotary too?
Then we could meet again in Castletown.
greeting
Holger

Hi,
You know the Isle of Man?
The beautiful motorcycle paradise, heaven on earth, in the Irish Sea?
or do you have any plans for 2020 yet?
I like driving my Norton ... do not just own it.
Life is short enough ...
So on ... come to the I.o.M with your Norton Rotary in 2020.
Let's finally have a Norton meeting again
best regards
Holger

Re: Isle of Man TT 2020 with Rotary
Holger,
I attend the IoM TT every other year always riding my Commander and have yet to see another Norton Rotary during my stay on the island, it would be good though to meet up with other Rotarian's. Riding a rotary provides the opportunity to meet lots of people not just from the UK but overseas, many are interested in the bike anyway with its modern appearance, they are surprised to learn its actual age and even more so when, and its usually my son who tells them as I usually have my ear plugs in and helmet on, that it is a rotary.
If you are on your F1 Sport you will the centre of attention, enjoy the experience its one of the many joys of riding such an amazing bike.
Unfortunately 2020 is is my not going to the TT year, hopefully its going to be Portugal instead.
Have fun at the TT
Tony

Hello Toni,
Then we must have missed each other ... or one of us was too fast ...
since 1978 I drive to the Isle of Man
and since I drive my F1 Sport..I've been on the island since 1993 almost every year. At that time still in the change with my Norton Classic ... which unfortunately I do not possess anymore .. it was the LE12.
It's a pity we can not meet in 2020 ...
I hope, however, that others will come forward ... it is not so far for you ... as it is for me
greeting

Hi,
have you not yet completed your vacation planning for 2020?
is there still hope ... to see another Norton Rotary on the Isle of Man at TT?
if your rotary drives on the Isle of Man ... it brings you more joy than if it is only in your garage
Remember ... maybe the last time I drive before Brexit ...

The Isle of Man has, as far as I know, never been in the EU?

it should be a joke ... none of the Norton Rotary owners reports. Are you all standing motorcycles?

Hello, yesterday the TT and the Isle of Man was canceled.
I hope the tour operators will keep the 2021 deposit on goodwill.
Too bad I was very happy ... but the safety and life of you and us comes first. I wish you all health. best regards from Germany
