,I expect your rotaries will not be getting a lot of use,so a system I used when my bike was not being used for long periods was,to squirt extra oil down the plug holes,put the bike in 2nd gear and turn the engine by hand using the back wheel 
,then before starting the engine,take the plugs out,turn the engine over with the starter motor to get ride of excess oil(and prevent one of your neighbors phoning for the fire brigade
