Pannier lid budget locks

Post by re5rotary »

Another item Im trying to source is the 'budget locks' for the lids of the panniers and the removable panels in the fairing. Andover no longer have stock, does anyone know of a source?
Im on the 'final straight' of my Commander restoration so these are the final few parts I need

Hi Terry,

Why don't you ask Craven Equipment for help. They sell fixtures for panniers.

These are basic "cam locks". A google search will uncover plenty of suppliers. Huge range of sizes and quality out there. The uber cheap ones will be crap so don't try to save too much money.

These aren't exactly high security devices. Market is for the better form of desk drawer, lockers, cabinets of all types and access doors on machines et al to keep the curious and fingerpoken folk out. Pretty much all indoor so corrosion resistance can be poor.
