Commander engine noise

Hi I have had the commander a few weeks now and have finally got it road legal
here in NZ.I have taken it out a couple of times and it starts/run and goes well But
there is a engine noise i'm suspicious of.Can anyone help? Here is a link to a youtube

It sounds like a slack primary chain to me. As it smooths out when reved.

Yes absolutely if the bike has been standing for some time clean out the primary case and the tensioners as they can stick and need cleaning and priming with clean oil to tension correctly. Make sure you clean the magnets properly while there too.
