surface discharge plugs

Hi Technical people, I got hold of some surface discharge Champion plugs that are NOS G52V they are 10mm and a perfect fit but are they ok to use?Said yes I would have them but no idea if correct or eBay fodder?Thanks Paul

Hi Paul,I think they're a race plug, about heat range 11 in NGK speak, so much more likely to cold-foul than a C8E.Although conventional 3/4" reach, they look as though the spark would be slightly farther down the plug hole.Try them and report back!R.
