Hi My Name is Guy Boffe i bought my Norton Commander (frame no. 4147) last Year with only 7500 miles on the clock, this bike was for more than 15 years not on the road and in the living room from the owner. The Chain gaiter is gone and oil is dripping on the tire, does anybody now where you can get this part.

Way back in April a fellow club member was also looking for Chain Gaitors and was told that" Andover Norton"(01264 359565) had some as did "Startright Motors"(0113 2453643) in Leeds,(I bet the memsahib just loves the oil on the carpet )good luck,ride safe,J.B.

AN do not have any, I purchased a used but good one from Startright

I have not yet replaced my leaking gaiter fixing it with Richard's self amalgamating tape trick.
