OK you have an F1, the torque settings I passed on are for a Commander, sorry.

According to Google 14 Ft/Lbs is 18.9814513 Nm

According to my workshop manual General Data section last page Brake Disc to Wheel Screws the torque setting is 14 Lb/Ft 2.0 Kg/m.

The type of loctite grade is not listed however it could be 648 High temperature retention, it will be your choice.

It may not be a straight forward as a simple relay, modern cars use can bus systems, my advice would be to seek professional advice from either the dealer or a good auto electrician.

Not air cooled but my Commander at 4k RPM on the speedo reads 70 but the sat nav indicates 65, for a sat nav 70 I need to maintain 4.5k RPM
