4 pin is working fine for me just wish that 5th wire made sense !

Has anyone ever upgraded the old 5 pin rectifier as mine is cooked?
Have fitted a 4 pin as a test all is working fine but thinking of trying something better

Andover Norton now stock a really good 85w140 gl4 oil so less aggressive on gold coloured metals than gl5

Let me check that as that seems wrong but we are sorting rotary parts quite dramatically at present !

E5 for me in everything it just seems false economy to use e10 as less efficient and the potential for ethanol corrosion is just scary

I have just refurbished a Commander and F1 pump to check parts and must say everything went really well. I think Norton Motors will be offering a refurbished pump offer where you send your pump...

Well out of interest I can shed some light on this bike! Been contacted by the buyer as he wanted to ride the bike but has found its a rebuilt box of bits and is removing the engine for moly and rebuild there are a number of bodged parts and whoever sold it should be flogged with a wet noodle and kn...

Did you add sealant to the brass tin on fitting I was thinking of using threebond and replacing the oil seals and bearings.
