Another item Im trying to source is the 'budget locks' for the lids of the panniers and the removable panels in the fairing. Andover no longer have stock, does anyone know of a source?

If you have an original lens as a pattern then it is possible to make a silicone mould from that and with the appropriate resin cast a new lens. Now I have the gearbox apart it seems 3rd gear is the least of my problems. The mainshaft bearing had collapsed and virtually every gear has damage. It seems layshaft 4/5 gear and layshaft 1st are also not available new, does anyone know if they are interchangeable with any other model?
