Re: Popham 2018
Hi Paul. As well as the three Devon rotaries mentioned above George Molyneaux wants to bring Trixie his air cooled special up too. If possible he wants to bring this up in his van the day before Saturday 11th. So I now need 4 passes altogether but if you could sent them asap so I can distribute them...

Not being able to login I’m not sure what’s available. Is there an ROC fleece or polo shirt?

Is there any update on the ROC shop? I still don’t seem to be able to access this although I’ve been a member for over two years. Many thanks M.

There’s three of us planning on coming up from Devon; an F1 Sport, a Commander and a Classic. An idea yet when the dates will be know and the passes be available? Many thanks M.

Speedo odometer
My odometer on the Motor Meter speedometer no longer returns to zero. I am told this is a common fault. Does anyone know if there is anyone in the UK that repairs or reconditions these? Many thanks.

Re: contacting the Morini Club
I am a member of the Morini Riders club. What information do you want? You can access their forum without being a member otherwise I have contact details for their membership secretary but not an email without access to the club magazines which are in London and I'm not for a couple of weeks.

Nice to meet a few fellow Rotarians at Kempton. Sorry you couldn't make it Paul. Would be interested in bringing my Classic up to Popham, is there a plan for a stand?

Thanks guys. The Plymouth dealer would have been Terry Hobbs I think. Any other memories? Were Allan Jeffries in Shipley Rotary dealers?

Approved dealers in 1988
Browsing through the paper work included with the Classic No 073 at the recent Bonhams Stafford Auction was a list of approved dealers dating from 1988 on Shenstone headed paper. No such list came with the paperwork included with my bike but I would quite like a copy purely for historic interest. I ...

Re: Moly Coating
I have recently bought a Norton Classic with 8500 miles on the clock. The records indicate it has been well maintained and serviced by the factory at 1000 miles and Richard Negus at 6000 miles. There is no record of it however receiving a Moly coating. It starts and runs OK so should I carry on usin...

Re: New membership and ROC shop
That was my clearly not very successful attempt at ironic humour I'm afraid; hence the wink icon which probably didn't come out - red face . I am well aware of the voluntary nature of the club and I am most grateful for the anonymous work done behind the scenes. So much so that when I retire at the ...

I should add, of course, that I don't know what is for sale in the shop as you cannot view the products without logging in, which it won't let me do for now.No way to run a business if you ask me. M.

New Classic owner
Hello everyone I have just bought a Norton Classic after some time searching for a roatry and a couple of abortive attempts at purchase from Bonham's Auctions at a couple of previous Stafford Shows. My bike was in an auction at Shepton Mallet recently but failed to make the reserve. I subsequently b...
