Re: Classic on Ebay

Purchased new from Norton Factory as an investment by first owner. Number 40 of only 100 ever manufactured. Never used on the road. Last owner (a skilled engineer) has carefully detailed the Norton to better than new condition. Starts and runs as it should. Document file includes original letters an...

Re: Last Ride for 2021

I used to be able to meet a lot of Norton Rotary, especially on the Isle of Man, but sadly there are fewer and fewer on the roads. Every time I ride my F1 Sport I can hardly believe that...

Richard Negus can also describe som...

Re: Hello to the 588 community

Hello, I had bought the Norton Classic N°12 new. It is extremely important to put the described oil into the plug holes and then spin the rear wheel in 4th gear. If the bike is stored for a long time, this should be done every 6 months. Also remove the air filter and add a few squirts of the 40-weig...

Hello Richard,
Nice to read from you.
I went to the site...but what species is it?

In my case they are black, flat caps with hexagon socket for Allen keys.

best regards

Re: Norton Aurora/ pre Classic in Museum?

hello,

unfortunately I cannot name the location.
but write to Joe Seifert, address on his homepage. Surely he'll know who he sold to.

It was exactly this Norton that I sat on the Isle of Man before I ordered my Norton Classic N ° 12.
