Hi I have had the commander a few weeks now and have finally got it road legal
here in NZ.I have taken it out a couple of times and it starts/run and goes well But
there is a engine noise i'm suspicious of.Can anyone help? Here is a link to a youtube

Rear pannier lid you could borrow and get a boat Builder to make a mould/ new one from. I live in Auckland (my Dad lives in Chch) so not to far from you. Cheers Blair.

Hi guys, About 6 weeks ago I brought a commander on EBay It is now on its way to Me here in NZ
But I know when it arrives (in 10 days) the customs people will need to check chassis number with paper
Work. Can someone let me knows it's location so I can give them a heads up.

Hi thanks guys. I decided to take the cdi unit to a friend of a friend(who is an electronic guru)we took it apart and found a broken soldier joint.resoldiered now working fine . He said he can make me up a new and approved box when he get time. . Cheers Blair

Thanks JB ,Tested ignition trigger,Ecu,coils as per manual everything tests ok but still no spark cry .I see Andover Norton also do a replacement kit with all the bits (trigger,ecu,coils & leads) has anyone used their units? Its about twice the price as the minimag unit.(They list it for a comma...

Hi thanks for your reply's ,We haven't received any 'classic comp 2' in NZ yetbut the 'comp 2' costs $35nz dollars(16pounds)per litre very expensive .I would like to try and find a full synthetic oil at a better price.Cheers every one happy rotating Blair.

Hi sorry to talk about 2 stroke oil again,but I have a technical question that I can't find online .Does any know the "flash point" of silkolene pro 2 I have found out that rotella dd40is 228 deg c and a lot of SYNTHETIC 2 stroke oils are a lot lower ,Motul 800 2t is 252 deg c.thanks Blair .
