Looking at the race bike petrol tanks it became obvious there is no one style, the tanks apear to have been made for the indvidual rider, this will make repoduction of the race tank a personal preferance. Hi Grayhamon looking at nrs seats in the museum the rear part is just a modifyed rcw cut and attached to the carbon fiber part, could your man make me somthing similar using your mould, the vents are done with modling clay on the mold and can be removed afterwarda returning the mould back to standar...

hi ashHad it confirmed today, commander in to p55 frame is a frame alteraton job, not new plates, hope this helps. Went to the museum to day no two tanks apear to the same desine even the tanks on the rcw and nrs tanks were differant on the same model bike.there's a few people had a nrs swinging arm...

Hi ashThe swinging arm spindle passes through the f1 gearbox on the p55 frame if you want I can still get to the mounting points on my f1 gearbox to tell you the widths. If you are going the road route I have a nrs nose cut for twin headlight ,I would do a deal for a race nose, reputedly same as the...

Hi All Suprised norton did not talk to goodva, i have a 40's 350gmp climax engine fire pump with ejector exhaust most fire engines used them, centrifugal pumps cant self prime and the ejector needs to lift a head of water up 4”x 6ft suction hoses . I have read they tried a rotary but with no success...

Hi alli had an early photo of the nrs sent to me, its actually ash's bike. I have cut it to show the early micron clearly with a hose as per Gibson. Hi allHarris frame- this was made from pressed sections as malc suggests the recessed panels are for strength, the casting method can be used to make patterns for the formers.
