Makes sense but iwas told its more to do with fibreglass ive been spraying since 1975 and never e perianced this although saying that these blisters arent mine was on the bike ehen i got thsts why it was cheap
Have now read into it thank goodness ive always used proper materials

i bought a commander im renovating but wish i had classic i think the fins on the classic look brilliant unlike any other bike it is what it says a CLASSIC
i am looking for one but think there too expensive for me unless i can get basket case

Hi roy Powder coating isnt good for alloy any corrosion left will cause pop when heated alloy products are anodised but as with both neither can be filled if not smooth There are paints on the market for engines which stand the temp i spray a lot of my bikes with 2k but dont know the ultimate temp w...

yes john i can but unsure of which way to go with this being only 1989 model and frame is like new no dings or bangs all my other bikes ive stripped them down and sprayed frame then built up from there, but not sure with this one think its just rebuild not restore although everything will have to be...

i have just bought a mini mag on ebay new with new fitting crimpers as company never used with new connectors are the wires the same colours i know the connectors are different if not has anybody got wiring diagram
also i have seen these need new chip in them if so where do i buy one

There should be no petrol in the part that works the operer otherwise it woul fill withe petrol and seep down tube the tap kit ive bought is genuine

what is the main purpose of the tank pipe and how critical is it that it doesent leak the pipe is so small

Hi all Just need to veryfy the float needle turn carb upside down and the middle lowest point of the float sould line up with the carb outer body I get this but is that with or without the neddle spring compressed ie its level as in the drawing but you can still ppush down onthe spring in the needle...
