Hi Paul,I don't think that would be a problem, the power cable is in two halves, pluged together,(I assume) to ease the changing of plug ring sizes,so one could have all the plug sizes for different bikes(cars)but only need one gauge smiley,Trial Tech's NEW phone is 01335 348472,I tried to phone them today (just to check that my assumption is correct) but they are closed until the 15th,I'll try again then and report back, ride safe,J.B.

Hi Paul,I phoned Trial Tech today, good news & bad news, good news, yes they can supply just the cable and 14mm ring, bad news is they want twenty eight quid exclaim exclaim not a viable proposition for you to buy mine AND a 14mm ring, looks like any prospective buyer for mine will have to be a 10mm plug man smiley, ride safe,J.B.

Thats more or less what my comment was,the answer(from the girlie on the other end of the phone)was that all the technical stuff was in the sender, not in the gauge, hence the high cost,so there we have it,ride safe,J.B.
