Wanted a Front Disk for a Classic Anyone exclaim

Is a Brembo the same disk? Can I use odd disk's?

Mick,You could, I suppose, but it'll look a bit odd.Pads are the same for both brands and they're both stainless, but might have slightly different friction coefficients. I doubt you'd notice any difference and it shouldn't be an MOT 'fail' (in my opinion).I have presumed you weren't thinking of a cast iron Brembo, which really should be fitted as pairs, look terrible when rusty, and put rust onto the wheel rim.R.

Thank Richard. i wan t to replace /skim a Spondon disk fitted to my Classic.I have put an add for a spondon disk to no avail. So I will probably get back in touch with spondon, as they have offered to skim mine if it's possible.Funnly enough they declined the request of a warranty claim red face
