To seal or not to seal

Post by Anthony Duffield »

I have rebuilt my Commander and am at the stage of fitting the front indicators which are not a very good fit, it would seem that the rubber seal is OK it is just that the fitting does not fully fill the hole leaving a small gap towards the pointed end.My question is should I seal the gap with clear mastic or leave as it is?Tony
