correct battery size

hi can someone point me in right direction for right size i know the power etc ive bought 2 gel atom batteries but the side panels wont clip on with the duz fastnerholding them to far away that is with clips on top worse when clips bolted to sides of battery
are the cable meant to have the terminals to the framel or away from if someone could tell me a make and size i wil replace hoping tocomplete bank holiday weekend

I use just one battery and have done so for many years

hi anthony

this bikes doing my head in, just been on ebay to get sizes of batteries and its showing that the one you have is the same size as mine if not slightly bigger, so i cant understand why the panels wont fit on the dusz fasteners there a long way away take batteries off and they fit lovely
looks like grinder and files out again then ebay

hi anthony wonder if you can help me the dzuz fasteners the screw bit it doesent give sizes on drawing or parts on drawing it shows the longest being at the back rear is this correct im having so much trouble turning the upper middle one the spring clipps are new

The long one is next to the rear footrest, it also has a thick rubber washer to take up the gap, when I have time I can send you a photo

Thanks anthony ive got it now thats how i have them the top middle one is such a pain even with baterries off
