Back from Spa on Monday evening. Some great roads and a great track. A good weekend with some good friends. I'll send a few words with some pictures to the mag editor. If you get a chance to visit the Spar track then it's a must, amazing place.

Hi J B You aren't the only one to suffer dodgy plugs. The Wiz team lost a plug in the 4 hour race. On first inspection at it looked ok, but then they saw that a small crack in the porcelain. Lost an hour spotting this.

I along with some others I am off to Spa next weekend. Along with the 4 hour Classic, can any anyone recommend anything to have a lookout for?

Can anyone tell me how much and how to replenish the oil in my Classic forks! I'm sure it's an age thing but I can't find where I stored the information. Thanks Mick

II brought a new steering lock for my bike, but can someone tell me how it works? Getting the old one out is simple but replacing it results in just filling the hole !! Mick. A puzzled Classic Owner

I am wondering if anyone has details about classic bike meetings in France, Belgium,or holland. I have been to Dijon 3 times now and want to have a change. Any suggestions, Not to far from the ports as it's to be an enjoyable jaunt. Not an endurance test! Thanks Mick

The small device that sticks out of the speedo on my Classic has jumped ship. Can anyone help me as to where I can get another one? Mick

It sounds like a slack primary chain to me. As it smooths out when reved.

Thats right J B empty zilch buggerall.fortunatly only 250 yards from the pumps on the exit road. Se had been running at 80 pmh. So they are thirsty at 5000 rpm. It's just I had expected more than 6 miles on reserve. Mick.

Can anyone tell me the capactiy of the fuel tank on the classic? I managed to run out yesterday and could only get 16.6 ltrs in. I thought it was a 20 ltr tank. Thanks Mick

I picked mine up today £125 each + vat look good now just waiting for the salt to go.

I thimking of having a local company Maldon shot blast & powder coating. Treat my exhausts with Cerakote. Any thoughts?

When it is running listen to the intake, if you here a chock chock sound it sounds like the dreaded smeared side plates.

Hi Joe Thanks for that. I've a 0.005 trough on the discs so may be they can be ground! The rear is ok a good brake but getting near the end of its life.

red face I've contacted Startright and a repair button is in the post. Also Andover have a stock of new switches . So one of these is on the way. But typically I'm off to Dijon on Thursday am. So it'll be a bit tight. As it's a ground switch I can use a small screwdriver to ground it. Not a very sat...
