Hi I have been going to the mgp and the classic tt without any problems, however at the tt bikes have been stolen in the last couple of years. its worth noting the air cooled race bikes had the oil flow feed changed from the intermediate plate to the outer end plates, they modified the stationary gears for the oil flow as well, you also have then to run petrol oil mix.

Hi DavidYes I put a stand on after I had asked if any one was interested Jo Walker {thanks Joe} was the only one. We could have down with a couple more bikes, om the Saturday we had two bikes. We used turco to decarbon its brilliant stuff, it also removes paint of the object.Its put into a steel barh with a film of water on top to stop the turco evaporating. Parts are placed in over night are done in the morning.We used in most on hydrovane compressor parts which can be coverd in chlack.D...

Hi AllI found heating the head of the screw then allow to cool, this breaks the locktight, then reheat the screw I then use a quality hand impact wrench. you cant do this with a blow torch though as you heat the whole area not just the screw head.I have two race clutches and the mod they did was bri...

The sellers discrption of daves old bike is a bit missleading, some who did not know the history could make the mistake this is a ex facory bike as is. We all know dave built this bike and to a very high standard.

Hi HowellTo revers the airflow on a AC engine you must modify the stationary gears to the same as water cooled as well as feading them with oil, the mod is more than a hole for the oil pipe on the stationary gear. The oil pipe was brazed on to the stationary gear, all the rc588 had reversed oil flow...
