II brought a new steering lock for my bike, but can someone tell me how it works? Getting the old one out is simple but replacing it results in just filling the hole !! Mick. A puzzled Classic Owner

Classic Weekend

I am wondering if anyone has details about classic bike meetings in France, Belgium,or holland. I have been to Dijon 3 times now and want to have a change. Any suggestions, Not to far from the ports as it's to be an enjoyable jaunt. Not an endurance test! Thanks Mick

Re: Classic handlebar switches

red face I've contacted Startright and a repair button is in the post. Also Andover have a stock of new switches . So one of these is on the way. But typically I'm off to Dijon on Thursday am. So it'll be a bit tight. As it's a ground switch I can use a small screwdriver to ground it. Not a very sat...

Re: in search of a blue spark

All sorted now. I don't have the ballast reistor any more as it's fitted with the unit from Graham. It seems to have been a poor earth and sticking seals. Although it all started when I washed it before the off to Dijon. It was quite a learning curve. I found out that if the earth on the return from...
